with the entry into wto, enterprises will face the competitive situation undoubtedly. it becomes the elementary condition for the enterprises to stand firmly and seek opportunity learning of the knowledge, training of the talents and improvement of employees’ quality. whereas, to emphasis employees’ training and persist in it is the guarantee for an enterprise to realize the talent strategy, and it is also the backbone for us to construct modernized enterprise and modernized enterprise group.

the president and the secretary of communist party mr. dangge lay much emphasis on the employees’ training and he has advanced concept and further research on the training. he often not only enquires and supervises training but also support training work from finance and other aspects, which show his foresight. “the notions about strengthening training on employees”, this is the leading document to strengthen training and lay a sound base for furthering strengthen training.

since 2002, we invest 10 million rmb yuan on employee training, which is several times of last years. it provides sufficient finance for training. changgang science & technology university built campus lan, and realized share of the training resource.

we have established four-grade training model. also we put it as the emphasis to improve the management technique of management members, the creative technique of technicians and operating technique of operators. we are devoting into solving the problems of teachers, teaching materials, and so on.

at present, many persons engaging in management and technology have gone abroad. university of science and technology of beijing and xi’an university of architect technology have been fixed training bases for postgraduates for our group and now 33 students are studying there. meanwhile, 30 students are learning for their master degree. there is a changgang postgraduate teaching station of renmin university of china, a changgang undergratuate class and changgang teaching station of taiyuan i&s institution in changgang.
