selection qualification and procedure for directional post-graduate ents: the qualification of directional post-graduate students are as f wing:

(1) at least college dent,

(2) below 40 y old,

(3) having more than two years working ex ence,

(4) the needy major for t roup.

the selection procedure for directional post-graduate:

(1) the human resource department, science and technology university and technology r&d center determine the major and number of directional post-graduate students according to the technology reformation projects and development plan.

(2) the person brings forward the application and approved by the department who he is in or the department recommend, then he can go on the relative application procedure.

(3) the human resource department and science technology university check if they are qualified and test their majors.

(4) the human resource department and science & technology university determine the right person and his major and learning degree, then examine and approved by the group.

(5) the science and technology is in charge of the procedure on paying for his tuition and regi tion. the learning measures and tuition standard for the directional post-graduate ents: directional master post-graduate student: they are released from work to study two and a half years. they also can enter school first and confirm his status after the national test next year. they should finish the regulated compulsory courses and elective courses in two and half years and have social practice and take his degree paper according to the technology advance and production and management circ ance.

tuition standard: 40% is charged individually, after finished study and getting his degree, all the tuition is borne by the company. if he can’t finish his study and get the equivalent degree, 15% of the tuition is borne individually. if he only finishes the courses and gets a graduate certificate, 30% of the tuition is borne indi ally.
