to adapt to the requirement of entry into the wto and create a new economic increase point, we will build a million ton slag cement production line cooperating with xi’an architecture science technology university and coordinating with our practical situation. it mainly utilizes slag from blast furnace. this project is up to national industrial and environment protection policy, and it can solve some pollution problems on solid waste like waste residue and recrement. it is ecology-protection project. it is more beneficial to society and economy as well. the construction content includes newly-build million-ton slag cement production line and the producing and auxiliary facilities from entry of slag clinker, gypsum, and pulverized coal ash to grinding, transportation and package. its equipment is advanced nation-widely. annual production of 32.5 slag cement can be 800,000 tons, 42.5 slag cement 200,000 tons.

compound stamp-charging coke oven is 2×50 chamber jnl4350f type wasted gas circulation. the matching engineering is automatic coal-distribution system, gas cleaning, chemical products. the total investment of this project is 184.76 million rmb yuan, among which fixed estate investment is 181.16 million rmb yuan, float capital is 3.13 million rmb yuan. after start-up of this project, annual production of coke is 600,000 tons, gas is 262.564 ×103 m3 which can meet the need of industrial kilns. meanwhile, annual tax can be 30.58 million rmb yuan, profit 49.70 million rmb yuan. this is an effective measure to eliminate backward process, improve technology and economic index, to reduce environment pollution, to economize energy and decrease consumption, lower cost and increase efficiency. and it is significant to enhance the development of regional economy. it has high social and economic benefit.

this project is one of focused projects of our enterprises in 2002. the planning committee of our province ratifies this project, and its investment is 196 million rmb yuan, 272,000 m2 area. the first four blocks are in construction.

the project has started in march last year. till now, we have invested 43.22 million rmb yuan, 88545 m2 area.

in order to change the status of small scale, simple specification and low efficiency, according to “tenth five-year” strategy, we will build a 1080m3 blast furnace and its matching facilities, which will get national advanced level.

total investment for this project is 482.54 million rmb yuan. after start-up, the annual production of pig iron will increase 1 million tons, profit 87.3 million rmb yuan, rate of profit to investment 15%, rate of profit to tax 46.2%, pay-off period 6.75 years, extra employment 550 people, which has better economic and social benefit.

to realize the balance of iron and steel production, we will build a 200 m2 sintering machine and matching facilities. total investment for this project is 230 million rmb yuan. after start-up, annual production of sinter will be 2.2 million tons which can meet the need for newly-built 1080 m3 blast furnace, increased sintering ore 2.2 million tons annually, profit 17.42 million yuan, rate of profit to investment 5.71%, ratio of profit to tax 51.61%, period of pay-off 7.23 years.

this project is used for blast furnace. it can reduce power quantity and realize centralized heat-supply in residence. it makes the gas from the bf and coal in local wasted recrement as material produce with thermal, electricity and blast air. it confirms to “energy-saving law of p.r.c.”, environment protection regulation and requirement for technology advancement, and it has good economic benefit and capacity against market risk.

the contents include 3 75 t/h circulating conveyer, a set of 12 mw steam turbine, a set of 6mw steam turbine, a set of 15 mw industrial steam turbine, a set of av63 fan for blast furnace, rebuild of steam heat-supply net for industry and living usage, 3 sets of boiler water-supply and water treatment and electric deduster and the matching facilities for coal-deposit, coal-charging and automation control.
