changgang group and sms meer gmbh signed on
the h section cooperation project contract

    after 20 months preparation and series technical consultation and business negotiation, changgang and sms meer reached agreement on the h section project and had a grand signing ceremony in the meeting hall of beijing lishi hotel on the morning of august 28.
    a group of members took part in the signing ceremony, including mr. dangge, li hushan, song dangti from changgang group and vice-general engineer who in charge of the h section project guo     xinwen, manager of import & export company ma heping, and vice president ulrich svejkovsky from sms-meer, business representative lv tefei and members from beijing university of science & technology.
    mr. guo xinwen and ma heping signed on the technical contract and business contract respectively.
    sms-meer gmbh is engaged in manufacturing metallurgical equipments. and it is the leading company in design and manufacturing medium and heavy rolling equipments in the world.
   the equipments such as universal rolling set, hot saw, cold saw straightener, key hydraulic and electric parts will import from sms-meer gmbh and the other equipments will be produced by domestic factories according to the drawings and technical assistance provided by sms-meer.
