     cripples are weak group of society, their health、 education、 labor 、welfare、 physical culture 、employment 、supply、 aid-to- the- poor and social service are all relative to social stability and development directly. for a long time changgang has paid a high attention to cripples employment and listed the job on general planning of employment project. cripples union was founded in september 9, 2001, president 、secretary of the party committee, dangge acts as honorary chairman ; vice-secretary of the party committee, zhanggang acts as chairman of cripples union. guided by municipal party committee、 municipal government and provincial cripple union, changgang cripples union furthers to strengthen organization structure、improves efficient mechanism of protecting cripples’ legal rights and interests、tries to do practical helps for cripples.

     on the basis of investigation and research to solve cripples practical difficulties, cripples union of changgang successively put into effect a series of preferential policies and built efficient mechanism helping the poor to protest their immediate benefits in real earnest. for 2 years the money other units donated has been 155,402 rmb. the fund is used to reconstruct equipments and workshops of clothes factory、 printing factory to provide comfortable working environment for cripples. 98 cripples benefited from it. changgang cripples union handled medical insurance for children of 90 cripples that relieved their worries, made them have stable guarantee in later work、life、welfare and other aspects, provided wheelchairs for 2 cripples.
