Changgang saved 380,000 tons of Standard coals in three years

From 2005 to 2007, the steel production,total energy consumption and gross production output value of Changgang Group increased year after year and the annual growth rates in the three years were 17.11%,2.79% and 13.81. The annual growth rates of steel production and gross production value were as 5 to 6 times as annual total energy consumption. Comprehensive energy consumption of per ton steel and energy consumption index for every 10,000RMB decreased gradually. The annual decreaing rates from 2005 to 2007 were 10.67% and 8.63%. Compared with 2005, altogether 387,500 tons of standard coals were saved in 2006 and 2007 two years.
