on august 22 to 23, theoretical examination for senior workers was held in club and coke-making plant of changgang by changzhi national skill accreditation institute of shanxi province metallurgy industry. zhang zengxiang, director of shanxi vocational skill accreditation center and li hushan, director of senior workers accreditation committee、vice general manager and trustee of changgang group and several leaders of human resources department instructed in the site.

this is the first time to appraise and check senior workers since changzhi national skill accreditation institute of shanxi metallurgy industry was founded in changgang. there are steel-making 、iron-making、 steel-rolling 、machinery-manufacturing totally 14 professions 、276 types of work examined and more than 3700 employees took part in the competition.
