     in order to improve housing conditions of public servants of provincial office and staff of institution, provincial party committee and government developed lihuayuan housing district. a vice-nomarch of shanxi province was assigned to act as the leaderof this project. lihuayuan housing district covers 16.3 ha. total constructing area is 0.53 million m2 and it will need all kinds of steel , almost 60,000 to 80,000 tons. up to now changgang has sent about 20,000 tons steel to building site.
